not able to log into cpanel

Hello,

I just signed up for your webhosting service. I am able to reach my web page by using the ip/~username. However, when I try to reach ip(as described in the welcome email)/cpanel I am getting a timed out error. How long does it take to be able to access cpanel?

Hello,

You are not suppose to get a timeout error, because that is the temporary cPanel url. Can you please PM me your domain or open a support ticket so I can have my admins look into this?
